Private Coach is the most complete Personal Training Software available. It provides custom training and nutrition advice through the unique "TrainerAssistance" feature. The included Nutrition Manager allows for calorie budgeting and tracking of key nutrients. Many health- and fitness related parameters such as BMI, resting heart rate, and blood pressure can be recorded. The program supports many popular sports and advanced features such as interval training, muscle circumference measurements, flexibility tests, shoe and bicycle milage tracking, different swimstrokes, and GPS data import. Configurable charts and reports will keep you informed about your progress at all times. The included database contains hundreds of exercises (each with a demonstration video), thousands of food items, tracks, equipment, and other resources. The database can further be extended by your own items, and you can exchange resources on our online platform for free. Workouts and other events can be planned ahead or retrospectively recorded with the powerful calendar engine. The Team Edition (and higher) includes additional features such as messages between athletes and bulletin boards.
