Reports, invoices, statements, and purchase orders can be emailed. Control your inventory, raise purchase orders, etc. Layouts of invoices, statements, remittance advices, and purchase orders can be changed and/or new ones created. The software is multi-currency, multi-user, and multi-company. The system is highly portable, it installs in its own folder, doesn't copy DLL files to your Windows system folder, and it doesn't update your registry, and so can be run directly from most storage media such as ZIP disks or USB memory sticks without any installation. Just double click on accounts.exe and away you go! Versions also available specifically for the autotrade and cafe/shop businesses.
